How to Use AI Draw — From Words to a Finished Diagram in 2 Minutes

AI Draw turns plain language into clean, editable diagrams — flowcharts, UML, cloud architecture, org charts and more. No drawing skills needed.

  1. Open AI Draw

    Go to aidraw.easyaccesspdf.com in your browser — nothing to install, no account needed. On your first visit a short welcome dialog shows you the three basics; close it and you land on the chat panel with quick examples.

  2. Describe your diagram

    Type what you want in plain language — for example a 5-step PDF review workflow or sequence diagram of a user login flow. You can also upload an image, screenshot or PDF of an existing diagram and ask AI Draw to replicate it.

  3. Watch it draw

    Within seconds the diagram appears on the draw.io canvas on the left (on mobile: the Canvas tab at the bottom). Every element is a real, editable draw.io shape — not a picture.

  4. Refine it conversationally

    Keep chatting to adjust the result: add an approval branch after step 3, use AWS icons, make the layout horizontal. Each message updates the same diagram — no starting over.

  5. Export anywhere

    Export from the canvas menu as PNG or SVG for documents and wikis, or save the .drawio source file and keep editing in any draw.io-compatible tool. Your work is never locked in.

  6. Free tier, BYOK and Pro Pass

    The free tier gives you 5 diagrams a day — no account needed. Power users can enter their own AI API key (BYOK) in Settings for unlimited use, or get a Pro Pass for $9.90 / 30 days: after checkout you receive an access code by email — enter it in Settings and the daily cap lifts.

Tips for better diagrams

  • Name the diagram type if you have one in mind — “flowchart”, “sequence diagram”, “org chart”, “AWS architecture”.
  • List the steps or components in order; AI Draw keeps left-to-right and top-to-bottom structure faithful to your description.
  • Refine in small steps. One change per message (“add a database”, “rename step 2 to Review”) works better than one long paragraph.
